• Villa rates are per night and include V.A.T. and local tax.
• Upon confirmation of the reservation, 50% of the total reservation amount is required as a non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% of the total reservation amount must be paid on the first day of arrival (check-in).
• For cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
• In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
• The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Any bank transfer or transaction fees are non-refundable.
• Climate Tax: €15 per night
